Can anyone please confirm that TBS support do respond to emails concerning possible faults with their cards?

I confirm there is active support, thanks to them.
I don't state on the ambigous 'possible faults with their cards' that could have been formulated differently ;-D

Could someone from support please respond to my emails regarding my faulty TBS 6925 card?

I was asked for my details and have heard no more so I don't know what is happening if anything.
