For the attention of a TBSDTV representative

It seems to have lost the ability of finding and locking on to 8psk transmissions.
Is it likely that the card has a hardware error or could there be another reason for me to investigate?
It is the same result with any DVB software that I use.
I am using the latest drivers and have tried older versions.
I am running windows 7 64 bit.
The card was only purchased in February of this year.
