Not finding a transponder with strong signal

I have a problem.

My card which runs in win 7 64 bit using any dvb program cannot find 10 East / 11387 - V - 30000 - 5/6 - 8psk.

All of my normal satellite receivers find this so why can't my card find it?

It is a very strong signal in my location.

I am sure I had this same problem a number of months ago, and found the fix, but I cannot recall what that fix was.

I have been scanning Astra 19.2 East and so far the blind scan has found NO dvb -s2 frequencies. The scan has not finished yet, but so far it looks like my card has lost the ability to find s2 transmissions.

If this proves to be correct when the scan is finished, what could be the problem?

I am using the latest drivers.
I am using the latest TBS Blind scan program.

Is it the card or a driver issue?

If it's the card, it is well under a year old so must be covered under the warranty / guarantee.

Can you tune it though if you enter the freq params manually?

No.

I have finished scanning Astra 19.2 east and I can not find any channel with a modulation of 8psk.
I am not 100% sure there are channels with that on 19.2 east, but I will check lyngsat.com in a minute to find some.

All the HD channels found are QPSK.

This is baffling me.

I have now manually scanned some transponders on 19.2 East with 8psk modulation.

I have no signal every time.

It seems fine with QPSK or dvb-s channels.

Very strange.

It doesn't matter what dvb program I use, always same result.

Hasto be card or a driver problem?

Codec?

Defn not a codec issue with tuning. Could be card or driver. I don't use windows so is hard for me to tell

I have read a post on here about the same problem and it was decided it was a card hardware fault and I think they replaced the card.

I shall play with some drivers.

Perhaps somebody from TBS could advise me?

My card was purchased in February.
