Greetings and thank you for your excellent products
Because of my interests in your products and excellent services of your DVB cards,
I bought a TBS 6925 Card from a market retailer in the city of Shiraz, Iran about 4 months ago.
After using the card for some time, unfortunately I have had difficulty in receiving S2 frequencies,
such that these frequencies frequently became connected and disconnected.
And finally only S1 frequencies could be received and it can not receive S2 ones, .
anymore Due to the high price of this card and the lack of your representatives in Iran and its prohibition of use in Iran,
I would be grateful if you could help me resolve the problem with your instructions.

Im not using windows, so either its a software issue or more likely a hardware issue with your dish/lnb/coax etc. a high quality dish, lnb and coax does wonders for S2

about im a 2 Cart qbox 6925 V21 One of the cards Works correctly
I'm sure the problem is in the cards

Are you saying one 6925 works perfect and the other 6925 does not? try switching the coax between the two, or switching the cards

Just have a try like #UDL said ,if it is still can not work with DVB-S2 ,Maybe the card have some problem.

I think this is a common fault with this TBS6925 card (several people have reported this fault with S2 function of the tuner).

I had the exact same problem and had the card replaced some months ago, and now the replacement card has intermittent problems with S2 frequencies. It works 90% of the time, but sometimes it does not pick up S2 frequencies at all. Also when I mentioned it to Support on email it was almost acknowledged as a common fault.

It may just be a bad batch of cards, but it is dissapointing, as when this card works, it is the best on the market, but reliability is not 100%

are you used maybe hadu or some cs ccam plugin software?
