hello i buy tbs 6925 and i download latest version of driver and tbs ip and if i start TBS-IPdata is starting but if i tuch anythink is go to blue screen

i try to format and instaled win 64 bit and stil this problem and i format my pc in win7 32 bit and still this problem and i try to set more version and not working please help me

Do you have tested other soft .like DVBDream or DVBViewer?is it ok?
and do you have updated your BIOS?
