What do I feed into the firmware update dialog?

I have a 2604 with firmware 1.0.11.

I downloaded firmware 1.0.19.

But it is not clear to me what I use to upload:
- the zip file?
- update.tar.bz2 file inside the zip?
- the file inside the bz2, which is system.tar.bz2?

Please advise. I tried the update.tar.bz2 and it went to 100% but it never confirmed the upgrade and the version is still 1.0.11.

Hi slirp,
Yes, unpack zip firmware package and then upload "update.tar.bz2". When it's 100% uploading, click "upgrade" and wait until 100%.
Last, need to reboot Encoder.

I'll share a photo about the "upgrade". If still does not work, please setup a remote check.

Thanks

Thanks for the reply.

That is what I have been doing. I just tried again and no luck.

How do I set up a remote check?
