Hello,

I have purchased TBS 6981 and tried to install it in an Proliant DL 380 server with Windows 2008 Server R2, but unfortunately I had some problems, when I go to the Device Manger I can see the TBS card and it says: code 39 unable to load device driver, the driver is up to date( downloaded from TBS website).

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you sure that you are installed the right version driver,You can have
a try with manual install driver for your windows,just to check what's your
windows version x86 or x 64

Windows 2008 Server R2 not have BDA-subsytem, so need install some Windows Server 2008 R2 BDA patches from download
