Having problems with, what I guess, diseqc switching.
Have configured diseqc A=Thor 0.8 and diseqc B=Sirius 4.8.
When I scan for channels I get over 500 channels on Lnb A and about 14 channels on Lnb B.
I also have a hauppauge wintv nova-hd-s2 in the same computer and when I scan with that card I get over 500 channels on both lnbs.
Scanning has been done in both mediaportal and dvbviewer with the same result.
I have also tried both tuners in the 6981 card without luck.

Drivers tested is V2.0.1.5 and V2.0.1.6 on windows7 64-bit

Would you mind direct connect Sirius 4.8's signal to TBS6981 ,Then have a scan to check
whether you can get over 500 channels.

I have tried to connect directly from lnb B, sirius 4.8 to the 6981, like you said, and now i get all the channels, 500+

So it seems to be a diseqc switching problem.
The diseqc itself works because i have tried it on my hauppauge card and it works there.

Can you use our IPTools to have a check DiSEqc B's signal?

Just choose some transponder to have a check whether you can get lock.

i have tried your iptools and i have tried several transponders and they lock.
have switched back and fourth between diseqc a and b and they both lock.

but it still dont work in mediaportal

So this means that the card is ok.
just a soft compatible problem.For Mediaportal do you have installed this path:

This is path is to support DiSEqc.

It works fine after installing it.
