Hi,

I originally had the 6920 but I exchanged it for the 6981 as I had the same problem with that. I'm not sure what is causing it, as the cable work perfectly in the sky box.

After a few days the cable just melts/burns and I have refit the the f connector further down the cable.

Do you have used signal splitter for Dual Tuner card.

Hi,

No there is no signal splitter. There are two separate cables running off the lnb.

There is only one cable that melts. The other one is fine.

Is your problem has solved now?One question is that do you have used the extral power supply for TBS6981?
