Anyone getting heavy blocking on the new BBC HD S2 format

Per the title I'm getting heavy blocking on all S2 format channels using Media Center and DVBPro. Signal level is 80 and quality 96%.
Is there a firmware or driver fix?

Same here. I used to get the same thing happen occasionally before, but changing channels to an SD channel then back again fixed the issue. That doesn't work this time. Both BBC One HD and BBC HD have 6 distinctive flashing horizontal bars and heavy blocking.

Hi,
This problem was reported by some UK user to our support email and it turned out to be the driver issue of AMD/ATI
5670 display adapter. If you have the same problem, please try to update your display adapter driver or try another display adapter to distinguish the problem.
