6 Pin power connector

I have 2 TBS 6981 cards in my HTPC.
Each card has a 6 pin power connector on the board.
Each card was supplied with a 6 pin to 3 x Molex cable.
Can you please confirm if I need to
a) Connect these cables at all?
b) If yes, then do I need to connect each of the 3 Molex's per card (I dont have enough Molex's from the PSU to do this)
