Hello,

I am using "tbs 6981" with "dvblink tv source" "win7ult x64" via "windows media center" interface.

While changing the channels it is waiting 8-10 seconds, I am having black screen during this time.
I think it is too long, 8 sec. ?

How can I fix it please ?

hi, i've just answered to your e-mail, but let me say it here again - i think you use driver version older than the latest 2.0.0.14 and that's why you have such problem.

hi, if you use the latest driver version 2.0.0.14 then we can be sure the slow channel change is not due to driver bug, because that version changes the channels very fast. so, we need to rule out problem with the software - for example problem with video/audio codecs. what i can suggest is to use TransEdit - select transponder there, then press "Analyze" button and see how much time it takes for TransEdit to get lock on the transponder. TransEdit doesn't use video/audio codecs and just receives the data from the satellite and analyze them and that's why it can give good clues where the problem is - for example if TransEdit gets fast lock then for sure it's not your TBS 6981 hardware or drivers, but some software settings, etc.

Probably you have right, the problem is not directly from tbs, some driver or software is not matching with tbs .
But I have no idea which one ?

It is DVBLink's problem, not related with hardware or driver. Since i had same problem when i was using DVBlink+Mediaportal i can say that clearly the problem is DVBLink.

Sorun DVBLink te. Ben de mediaportal altında DVBLink kullanıyordum ve kanal geçişleri dediğin gibi 7-8 sn alıyordu. Sonra DVBLinki iptal ederek sadece mediaportal kullanarak denedim. Bu şekilde kanal geçiş süreleri 1 sn civarındaydı, hatta bir saniyenin altında. Başka bir programla örneğin TSB'nin Cd sinde bulunan DVBSource ile dener misin?

Haydi buyrun döndük başa... Tam çözüme yaklaştığımı düşümnüyordum...

Öncelikle derdime sizden cevap alabilmek beni çok mutlu etti, artık Türkler heryerde ne güzel, çok sevindim

Şimdi asıl problem şurada, bilemiyorum siz nasıl bir konfigürasyon kullanıyorsunuz ama win7 nin kendi altında Turksat 2a 3a yı hiçbir şekilde tanıtmak mümkün değil,microsoft a yazıp çizince de topu hep taça atıyorlar, çözüm üretmiyorlar.

Yani kartı direk win7 media center a tanıtarak türksat izlemek mümkün değil. Daha önce dvbdream, dvbviewer gibi çok fazla yazılım denedim, ya çalışmadılar, ya sorunlu çalıştılar ya da arayüzleri berbattı.

Dvblink TV Source alternatifi bir ara yazılım bulmaya çalıştım onu da bulamadım.

Sizin bu söylediğiniz cd den çıkan DvbSource yine bir bağlantı yazılımı mı ? Yani arayüz Windows Media Center mı olacak yoksa diğer yazılımlar gibi kendi arayüzü mü var ?

TBS reached agreement with DVBlogic. TBS TV tuner card user will receive a 10% discount from the usual price when buying DVBlogic.

DVBLogic updates the DVBLinkTVSourceTBS to version V32. The new version adds support to TBS8921, TBS6921 and TBS6981
