We have not tested this mainboard ,but we have tested GA-E350N-USB3 which is like ASUS E35M-1 Deluxe,

Did you have to connect the external power cable to the device to get it to work correctly? I am trying to resolve the issue that I have with mine following resume from sleep as it does not always tune. Could the card be faultly?

Hi
You means that you can not resume from sleep ok every time?and when it can not tune try to lock once again is it ok?
and do you have updated your BIOS?

That is correct except I have to re-launch the application twice following the failure before the device tunes correctly. My BIOS is at 1202 if that helps, the very latest.
