TBS6981 defect?

Hello,

I have the following setup:
Win7 x32, Media Center

When I start the signal search, the two devices will be found, but without any signal.
When I start signal search using tbs viewer, it will found >100 channels.

After this, when I start tbs viewer, I am able to watch something. When I close tbs viewer and start windows media center, I get a signal too.
But after a while the signal gets lost in Windows Media Center.

Any Ideas?
