The card is octa tuner so with it can I record 8 different channels (from different frequencies; italian channels in my case) at the same time?

Does the card support windows 10?

yes it is 8 tuners you can receive 8 frequency at the same time not 8 channels usually one frequency have about 5 channels so you can receive more than 8 channels

and we have windows driver and application

What's the output file format?

For the format is the orignal from DVB TS stream we do not process it , if the sources is H.264 then it is H.264. file format is ts format
