Setup TBS5990 on Synology

I need some help on installing TBS5990 on synology. Can anyone guide me on how? I’m trying to make it work with Tvheadend. At the moment Tvheadend doesn’t detect it. I’m a newbie in commands so a step by step would be highly appreciated.
I have tested it with RPi 2+Libreelec and it works okay.
