TBS5990 Windows 10 x64 drivers

I have problem with newest drivers linked "TBS5990 Windows 10 Driver" from download page. After instaling I have Windows10 information - "invalid data".
What can I do? please help.

Hi

Which version of windows 10 you are using ? please update to latest one and use USB 2.0 port
