Hello,
I am trying to downgrade to a lower firmware but it doesn't work. Is there a way to fully reset the machine via telnet?

Yes, it's possible to downgrade.

And yes, if downgrade through web GUI does not work, we can do by telnet. Means upload the firmware file on web GUI first, and then login to
Encoder system to upgrade by Telnet.

You can e-mail me "daowei@tbsdtv.com" when you're ready to do "downgrade", i'll guide you how to do.
