hello to all after days of working i found the problem that the encoder not working with RTMP broadcasting for Twitch and youtube , its the rtmp address in the encoder .

RTMP server ip : Dont write rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app/{stream_key} (( like this you should only type the ip address ))

RTMP server ip : 185.42.205.158

it will Work

use https://www.iplocation.net/ to Convert the address to ip . Thats all ..
