missing signal

we use a Gopro Hero 3+ and a Replay Prime X
this cameras need a signal from the monitor (in this case the tbs2603) to switch on the HDMI
at the moment the HDMI is off/goes off, if we plug the camera to the TBS2603
if we use a HDMI Splitter, the camera works (get's the information from the monitor)

I think it's the missing EDID information
is there any chance with a updated firmware to get this signal?

Tried many different cables
the camera need an edid information, the encoder give not this information
with a Lindy EDID Emulator (32103) , connected to the camera, everything works
so why do rthe encoder not give the EDID information?

Hi

we have two of the encoders
one with firmware 0.99 EDID is OK
camera switches on the HDMI if connected and startet

the other with firmware 0.85, 0.99 and 1.12 no EDID signal
the camere will not switch in the HDMI if it's connected to the encoder
only if I connected the camera to a monitor, switch it on and the (very fast) connect it to the encoder, it works
how can we solve this problem?
