crash TBS2603

I have bought a tbs2603 for test i have tried all firmware also the latest one now
1.0.51.
I use hdmi main , what i see is that you only can use 60hz in put no 50hz ,i use cable receiver 50h 720 and tbs encoder detect 60h ?
Biggest problem 720 hd cannot get it run it fails very fast and slow , i use 1080i then it work well for some hour sometime a bit longer .
How this is possible i have other encoders another brand never have a problem, why tbs company cannot get this encoder to work fails with all the
firmware , how can i buy tbs 2603 if i need restart the encoder evry some hour .
2 possible thing throw away this as all my time with testing is flowing away - or sell - or maybe a new firmware - support never never have
e mail me back on this wow . Send them a couple of time e mail for this problem .
I use rtmp server - 25encod - 30 key inter - 4 - 45 - and 1280 - 720 - bitrate 2000
