Low Symbol Rates Problem Scaning

Hi, I recently purchased a 6903-x v2 and I have an issue with low symbol rates transponders. I can't scan anything with low symbol rates. Somebody with same problem? I think is a driver problem. My old card don't have this problem.

Can you tell us that which satellite and transponder you want to scan ?

It happens in every satellite. For example in feeds from Hispasat when they are activated,obviously. My old card was ok in scaning and the antenna was not removed.
Maybe this card needs more signal ? Is it possible ?

What card? 3215 is comparatively high bitrate - low is about 100 I believe TBS 6903-X V2 must receive well.
My TBS 5520SE usually lock higher than 500 but gives some more artifacts on 5000-10000 feeds than OMICOM S2 PCI (usually 1000 and lower is hard lo lock) on equal conditions of receiving.

Hi
For the low symbol rates , it indeed need better signal.you can try move the dish to got better signal for this frequency.
