TBS6909x v2 LNB power control issue

I have install a TBS6909x v2 on Ubuntu 20.04 server on an virtual machine on ESXi 6.7 and it is working normally in mode 0 and mode 1. The card is connected to the virtual machine using "pass through" method.
After first time tuning on a signal, output power is remain on tuners when not tuned on a signal and also when the virtual machine is powered off. This is about 19v for Horizontal and 14v for Vertical polarization.
How can I disable this power when tuners are disabled?
