TBS 6909 V/H Signal Problem

A few days ago I bought a Tbs 6909 card. I have a problem with the card like this. My V / H Signal seems too low. But when I try it with a Satfinder or another satellite receiver, I get a pretty high signal. Please Can Someone Help Me With This? There's No Way I haven't tried. I have Tbs 6209 on my same Computer and it works perfectly. I am adding the necessary picture and information.
