Hi i have one server with 2 x TBS 6909 ON Ubuntu 16.04.3 (Linux dvb-s2 4.4.0-104-generic #127-Ubuntu SMP Mon Dec 11 12:16:42 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux)
And i try to many servers

Astra Cesbo
Tvheadend
Dvblast

but i have same problem, after many hour my second cards stopped working signal unlock (signal lost) need to reboot server to work again second cards

i Have and another server with 2 X TBS 6209 on Ubuntu 16.04.3 and i have same problem second cards lost signal after many hours need to reboot to active again second card, i read for 4 months on internet how to fix it but i don't know what is the problem please help me im ready to pay to fixed this problem

What about the mothherboard information ? and when this problem happen can you send the dmesg log information to us have a check .

And you can have a try change the PCI-E slot and connect the extra power for 6909

My motherboard is hp xw4600
and try to change the slot PCIe but is same problem

When the problen happen you can try with this command

#dmesg > tbs6909.log

then send the tbs6909.log to our support#tbsdtv.com
