Multiple cards with different modes

is it possible to install two TBS6909 cards in one server and let one card be in mode=1 ( four different satellites inputs ) and one in mode=0 ( one quattro lnb connected for one satellite ) ?
If yes, how to configure for opensource and closedsource driver ?
I'm using Debian-9.x Stretch
