Hi,.
Interesting problem with TBS6909X.
Three LNBs (C-band) connected.
After switching to another tuner, Tuner0 is still being processed.

Old connection with two LNBs (C-Band)

AltDVB - work only 58W
DVBviewer/TransEdit - work only 40W
55W was not found in any SW

Any idea ?

Seems like wrong mode in TBS6909xChangeModeTool - Direct Connection should be used in your case, not MultiSW.
In MultiSW mode card takes only one polarity/band from every input. You will end with randomly working satellites based on what polarity you will use and from what input.

Result similar. AltDVB no longer accepts 58W, but 40W.

6909x is Octa, so 8 tuners.
Tuners are connected in pairs, so tuner 0 and 1 is RF Input 0, tuner 2 and 3 is RF Input 1, 4 and 5 is RF Input 2 and 6 and 7 is RF Input 3.

So based on this photo:
download/file.php?id=3407&mode=view
SES 6R (40,5°W) will be on tuners 4 and 5.
PS: If tuner 4 locked to V polarity, then tuner 5 will be limited to V polarity.
And now you're watching 8K:

Latest StreamReader.dll?

What is now on tuners in e.g. AltDVB?

In Direct Connection mode I would expect:
Tuner 0 & Tuner 1 - first satellite connected to RF Input 0
Tuner 2 & Tuner 3 - second satellite connected to RF Input 1
Tuner 4 & Tuner 5 - third satellite connected to RF Input 2
I assume that you've got RF Input 3 unconnected, so now Tuner 6 & 7 should be without any signal.

Yes, only first four logical demod cells support FFTScan. And you can use one app instance with StreamReaderEx-BDA in direct HW control mode .

If you need use all logical demods (streaming, monitoring) - you need use BDA sources or StreamReaderEx-BDA without direct HW control mode (HWControl=0 in streamreader.ini)

I've ran across this on 6508 - I had a great idea to use all 8 tuners to monitor (RFScan/FFTScan and Blindscan) part of bands, like:
Tuner 0 - 10,7 - 11,2 V
Tuner 1 - 11,2 - 11,7 V
Tuner 2 - 10,7 - 11,2 H
Tuner 3 - 11,2 - 11,7 H
Tuner 4 - 11,7 - 12,2 V
Tuner 5 - 12,2 - 12,75 V
Tuner 6 - 11,7 - 12,2 H
Tuner 7 - 12,2 - 12,75 H

After starting second CrazyScan everything has crashed super badly

@EnoSat
Quite elaborated setup: download/file.php?id=3416&t=1
These are just ordinary SAT splitters? This will bring two risks:
  1. If one tuner will switch e.g. 22 kHz - every other tuners will have 22 kHz switched (or polarity)
  2. Splitters should have some security against overload & short circuit - easy to burn devices in this config...

6508 have four dual demod chips Si21832
So you can use StreamReaderEx-BDA based app on four virtual tuners - 0 or 1 + 2 or 3 + 4 or 5 + 6 or 7.
