I entered command ssh-keygen -R 192.168.1.27

but it doesnt' accept my telnet password. This server is far away. I don't have phsically access to it. Please help

I couldn't access via DASH either and I went to my server to fix this problem. After restart everything was ok but 10 minutes later it freezed. I could not access the MOI via Web or telnet I resetted and after that it freezed again and again. Sometimes it works 30 minutes sometimes only 2 minutes. It is really annoying because yesterday I wrote email to Support and atached serial number but yet I didn't get any information. My MOI works in Datacennter and I have no option to 7/24 check the system or reset. If it goes to freeze only option the cut off the electricity.

Meanwhile my MOI was the version 1.0.0.2 after this problem I updated to 1.0.0.3 but nothing changed. I should find a way otherwise I will start to lose customer

my system doesnt work since last week thursday and nobody giving support (forum, tbs official site, buydvb site etc). If anyone read this to have some information about these device i would suggest go and buy another device. Everthing goes well till the device goes corrupt after that you dont become any support. I should understand before that tbs dont have phone number in those sites. It should be big tip about the company

Krmlk are you able to provide remote connection to the machine?
If not then it is obvious you cannot get help and support!!!

Tech support are not wizards to magically access your remote machine ...
when you have a problem first step is to make sure somehow you are able to give access to support to the hardware with issues.
