Dear all,

I connected two different Satellites to box. Problem is I don't know exactly which satellites. One should be Astra 19E or Hotbird 13E. If select from VDR this satellites I see always scan failed error. I am pretty new for this device. I didn't select tvheadend, either.

You can using dvblast to scan the transponder to check the signal which satellite is ,or you can set a remote connection
to our support we will help you about this.s
