Hello,

i have a tbs6984 successfully receiving all channels on 28.2E in the uk and i wanted to add a second. i bought a 6985 which i RMA'd for a 6905 but it turns out both have the same issue. neither can successfully tune any vertical frequency above 11817. all other transponders are successfully scanned including the horizontal frequencies above 11817. i have tried with dvblink, dvbviewer, in two different pc's and powered and unpowered. it doesn't make any difference.

what can i do to get this working? cheers

hi, no help can be provided? thankfully i think my supplier will accept an rma so thats another card returned and sale lost. i won't be trying any other tbs devices in future either. cheers then
