Hi,

I wanna to install a TBS cards on an HP Gen 9 machine (updated to the latest BIOS firmware), which compromised of two E5-2609v3 processors and 32 GB of DDR4 RAM. The cards and their drivers are installed (on Windows 7, 10 and Linux). However, I cannot lock TBS Recorder on a frequency, which I've just found using Blind Scan!

Can anyone Help me, please?!!

Hi Steven

The weird thing is that the card is working on an HP workstation z420 machine with a Xeon processor E5-1620! Using the aforementioned HP Gen 9, I cannot lock on any frequency of any satellite!

Thanks.

No, I did not use extra power. How much power does it require?

Thanks.

Steven,

It does not work! I've used the power cable, but it did not locked on any frequency! I wonder why it cannot lock on HP Gen 9!

Thanks.
