I'm doing a blindscan using the TBS-blindscan app and some of the frequency and symbol rates its listing are slightly off. For example a transponder with frequency 3820 and SR 30000 is showing up as 3819 and 29993 in blindscan.

Value 3819 and 29993 in blindscan is the exact value return by the tuner chip ,do not need to worry about this.
