i need driver tbs6983 for fedora24 and windows7 ?

I am not sure,but as far as I know,tbs6983 has been replaced by tbs6903.
If you want a driver(v.1.0.0.7) for Windows,you can download it from here Unfortunately I can't help you for Linux.
