Just installed a TBS6983 on a Windows 7 x64 PC. I have been able to do a blindscan and found all the channels I expected. Some channels are fine using DVB Dream, however some channels have a problem with picture and sound breaking up. I think it is a codec issue or a video rendering issue. Please could someone let me know the best codecs and rendering mode to use with this card and using DVB Dream?

If you do not have problems with the signal, as @CrazyCat thinks,then try codecs I use on DVB Dream. Everything works perfectly with Lav codec even on UHD channel.
Run the same system, Windows 7x64.Maybe help.

Signal is fine. Some channels are fine, but some are breaking up - the difference is that the ones that are breaking up are on ACM feed. Do the ACM channels need different decoding or anything like that? I was thinking of getting a dedicated graphics card to see if it helps but a good graphics card will be quite expensive!! So if you know of any cheaper way of doing it then please let me know. Thanks!!

Thought liplianin drivers modifications / aditions are belonging to you... my mistake.

ACM used for data channels.
TV feeds usual CCM, transport stream.

So you need CrazyScan or EBS Pro for "deep signal analysis". DVBDream suitable only for view TV and reported signal level/quality not fine
