Using CI from one card with another card

I've got a 6983 card. If I add 6290 to my PC will I be able to use it's CI slot for 6983?
If not, what are the other options?
I don't want to have anything attached with a cable outside my PC case.

Sorry that can not used by like this , for the 6290 CAM module is paired to 6290.
For your case you can have a look try with card reader with OSCAM :

Does the Phoenix reader fit into 3.5" bay?
Are there any plans to make CI extensions either for PCIe or 3.5"/5.25" bays?
Having something lying around connected with a cable is not a good option for HTPC.
