i am can not lock on signal 11345 H 27500 3/4 DVB-S2/8PSK ACM from :

with TBS6983 ?!
how lock on signal 11345 ?

Look like bad signal, no lock. Need at least SNR ~8dB for 8PSK,3/4.

@CrazyCat is right. It needs a signal over 8.0dB for 11345 H.
Transponder contains many Russian OTT streams.Here is one of these.
