Hello i have bought a moi pro when i start the box i see the ip adres if i want to enter the ip on my web it wont work.
After many reboot of the box it will entry.
Somebody know how i can fix this problem.
I try everthing but still the same problem.
Please help.

which firmware you are using ?
please have a try with our latest firmware:

use PC update way OTG interface to update.
