i am trying to stream channels from fta sat galaxy 19, 97' west, with a moi pro and a tbs6991se card, everything goes well until i try to scan sat and i get these error massage , scan failed, please check sat setting and re-state again. i am trying to paste a screen shot here but not able to do it, i am new to all these but willing to try , thanks for the help

what should i do to get help here

what is freq and symbol rate you add , freq in KHz and symblol in Kbps you need to add 000 after for example 11747000 and 27500000
and try to connect in CLI mode telnet 192.1.xxx ip of MOI

then use dvblast or else to check the streams.

can't find CLI mode

Steven,In the next firmware,add an option to update xml files for the common satellites which can be updated or filled on different screens so that most of the new users can easily test some known transponders. Sometimes we have to try different settings unlike the satellite recievers
