TBS 6910SE DVB-S/S2/S2x + 2xCI lock failure

Brand new Moi Pro system and I fail to get signal lock
Steps taken to resolve:
1. Check signal at multiswitch and it is excellent (stand alone decoder works perfectly)
2. Used an unscrambled (not encrypted) channel for testing.
3. Input transponder frequency in Hertz eg: 110100000 (for 11.01 GHz) DVB-S V 30000000 (30 Mega baud symbol rate) and Vertical pol.
4. Selected input 1 on tuner card (tried auto and 0 to no effect)
5. LNB power is active so Multiswitch will select correct Frequency etc.

I do not see any way to set the LNB type from the GUI.

Any idea why I cannot get signal lock?
