I've a MOI+
i'm using with Vdr and it's working without many trouble
i'm triing to use tvheadend
it's working but i've many problems on my raspberry 2 with openelec
( freezing , no sound but sometimes it's working )
I don't know if it's the raspberry problem or not
or the tvheadend ( 4.0.6 )

I'm using the Version 1.0.0.2
i'm triing to update to 1.0.2 but at the end of process i've the 1.0.0.2 version ( same or not ? )

What are you using to use with your Moi+
and last question
there is a possiblity to use a sata disk without external power

I don't know if it's the raspberry problem or not

Maybe try from a PC, first to compare if it is due to Raspberry.
If it is not due to Raspberry, update your question with that info because its look like it is a raspberry issue.
