oscam has installed in moi+, oscam's configure file is in the /usr/local/etc . oscam.conf is the config file which tells the dvb app (like tvheadend ,mumudvb ,vdr ) to connect to oscam using what protocol. oscam.server is the config file which tell how to read card from local or remote. oscam.user is the config file which tell dvb app (like tvheadend ) how to connect oscam with user and password.
