TBS6281 on Fedora 22
Posted: Wed Oct 28, 2015 5:51 amI have recently installed the TBS6281 PCie card on my Fedora 22 PC, and have installed all the necessary drivers following the instructions at http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/TBS6280,
However, when I then try to run w_scan to obtain details of the programs available from my local transmitter, I only get an error message to say that there were no channels available.
I then swapped the aerial lead to another USB stick from Hauppage installed on a Windows laptop, and this tuned perfectly, so that problem lies either with your card, or with the drivers.
What do I need to do to get this card working? If you are unable to do this, I will be forced to send this card back to Amazon and find an alternative that does work.
