TBS 6281 - map right click button to remote

i have a 6281 card and an trying to map right mouse click to a button on the remote.
i have tried the winlirc solution and eventghost but am not having any success.
this would be really useful in XBMC etc. i currently use VHID and MCE default setting but adding right click to this doesnt seem possible.
the remote doesnt show up as a HID in eventghost either.
