TBS2925 MOI - recover web/ssh passwords

Hi! I'm totally confusing with https://www.tbsdtv.com/products/tbs2925-moi-smart-box-small-iptv-streaming-server.html. Starting from the moment there is no forum for it. Where I supposed to post? MOI Pro - AMD
MOI Pro, MOI+ MOI DVB-S2 Streaming Box, MOI Pro DVB-S2 IP Streamer? Certainly the box is based on Raspberry Pi 4 Computing module, so it is not AMD. But maybe you call it MOI+? Oh... i post here.

1) The password change for web UI went wrong and I cannot reconnect again.
2) SSH password is not listed in the documentation, so also there is no option to go into the box and try to recover web UI password.
3) And yes - if the web password is so important maybe the dialog box to change password shall take a bit caution and at least ask it twice before applying?
4) How to re-flash or start over with default configuration - no idea. The user guide page linked above keep silent about that.

Sure. It's my mistake and I should search about your product a bit more before buying. But somehow your DVB cards always worked well and it created and impression MOI box also shall be fine.

Please, help:

1) How to recover web password?
2) What is the procedure to reset to factory defaults?
3) What is SSH password?
