TBS6982 Driver failed to load after warn boot

my system is running with ubuntu14.04 + TBS6982
when I reboot my system , my TBS driver (140707) isn't recognized.
If I turn off all the system, and restart from fresh boot It works perfectly.
I read few topics that s link to mono power supply.
I redo the test without any DVB cable plugged , ... same issue
Any idea ?
