I had to install a system from scratch, so I downloaded the drivers from the site.
I have a question, why the new driver package does not contain the firmare files

And another question!

Why I can not run the channel scan MythTV. Whenever I try, I receive error message

did you install firmware files from previous driver package and the box is functional in other software?

other than that all recent versions of the DVB applications in Linux use the same S2-API to work with DVB-S2 hardware and if other software is functional and MythTV not then it's not driver fault, but somethings wrong with your MythTV installation/settings.
