Issues with Qbox II on Win 7 32bit - MOSTLY RESOLVED

EDIT: Have updated. Have solved a lot of this by reinstalling 2.0.4.2 drivers, and also updating all chipset/motherboard/hauppauge drivers to the latest versions from the various manufacturers. Thought other people might find it useful.
Purchased a Qbox DVB-S2 last week. Since then I've had numerous issues. The Qbox was installed after a completely clean install of Win 7 32 bit.
1. Picture will hang
Occasionally during viewing thru 7MC, the picture will hang and crash the PC. A hard re-boot is required to restore.
EDIT >> Seems to be resolved by driver re-installations.
2. Removing power or unpluging USB will result in bluescreen
If at any point you remove the USB, or power, Win 7 will blue screen - usually with a qbox.sys error message
3. Conflict with Hauppauge HVR win-tv hvr 900
Randomly, all the saved channels for my DVB-T receiver will be removed from the guide. I then have to add those in by hand. No problems before installation of Qbox.
EDIT >> Seems to be resolved by driver re-installations.
4. Interference with MW radio broadcast
If the Qbox is switched on I get bad interference on the MW radio signal. Switch it off, the signal is clear.
5. Occasional blue screen with the message DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (or similar). What I think is happening is that the Qbox refuses to let go of 'control' of the USB or power supply when you either go to 'sleep' or switch to the other tuner. This will hang the entire PC. A soft reboot will not work - a hard reboot is always required. I also notice that the box runs very hot, and my HTPC is under heavy load whenever the Qbox is on - whether or not I'm actually using the tuner.
EDIT >> Seems to be resolved by driver re-installations (the blue screen - box still runs hot)
Using 2.0.4.2 drivers.
My HTPC is:
Dell Studio Hybrid 140G - Core2Duo @ 2ghz, 4GB Ram, Intel 965M Graphic chipset
Hauppauge WinTV HVR 900 DVB-T receiver
TBS Qbox DVB-S2 receiver
Win 7 Ultimate 32bit
