couldnt find a specific forum thread for this, so decided to create one here.

Does anyone know if tbs viewer supports plugins?

it looks like its built on top of the dvb viewer engine, but a much more cut down version.

Does is support plugins?

We are sorry that TBSView have not plugins,it is a OEM version of DVBview.and you can use our OEM DVBDream to use plugins.
