Qbox S2 serious problem

hi ...
i buy a new card qbox USB 2 Dvb-S2 from shopdvb.ir
i download and install a new driver TBSQBOX2Driver_V2.0.3.8 , just one
port switch is ok and another port not work
... diseqc not work ...,i downgrade driver and tested previous version

2.0.3.6 and 2.0.3.5 and 2.0.3.0
signal and diseqc is ok but 22khz ( freq 11900 and higher ) not
signal recevied ...
another problem , when set a freq in tbsdtv ip tool , the signals
connect and disconnect again and again
this all problem in windows 7
windows xp is ok and no problem in windows xp
please fix window 7 driver ...

as far as i know - colleagues of mine help you to solve this problems via e-mail and so this matter is settled.
