Qbox S2 USB2 Problem with Badr 4-6 Satellite

Hi,
I have Qbox S2 USB2, it worked well until the dish was changed to the Badr 4-5 Satellite (23 E).
I can receive only 3 Frequencies:
11013 H 27500, 11585 V 27500, 12437 V 27500

But I can't receive more Frequencies such as 11900 V 27500 3/4
Whereas my Home Receiver [StarSat x97 USB] can receive 11900 V 27500 3/4 [Signal: 70% Quality:94%].

OS Version: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bits

Driver ver: Windows v2.0.4.2

Program: DVB-Dream v1.5f OEM

Please Help me

http://en.kingofsat.net/pos-26E.php lists transponders for these sats.
11900 V is for occasional feeds. You won't scan any channels while it's empty.
12437 V carries Libyan channels.

11013 H and 11585 V don't exist on 26E. Could you be picking up 25.5E?

Freq. 11900 V 27500 3/4 isn't occasional feeds

I was tested again dish, it hasn't problem and has a strong signal at Freq. 11900 V 27500 3/4 by other card.
